Minor Puppy Dog (1, 0)
1. Lowood Price & Price’s Adreana Jagermeister a good way to start the day with this 9 month puppy with great potential. Squarely built with good rib and forechest for age. Strongly boned. Good head proportions and good eye. Can firm up in topline now. Has great reach and drive full of quality. BPIS
I think he will have a very good future
Junior Dog (3, 0)
1. Parker’s Draxpark Face The Chaser 12-month dog with excellent coat, ribbing and forechest. Scores in front angulation and excellent rear drive. Good skull. Foreface needs time to finish and having such a hard coat means he has little furnishing at the moment. I’d prefer a touch more leg for perfect balance. At the moment ears are a little untidy but he has great type.
2. Church’s Snakesbury Gibbs 12 month with balanced, squarely built dog who needs to finish in chest and can carry more body to advantage. Very good head and eye. Rear movement a little close. Can mature well.
3. Houchin’s Philoma Simon Templar at Barnsdale
Post Graduate Dog (1, 0)
1. Hunt’s Bernshell Hinkley Point 26-month strong substantial dog with a very good coat. Squarely built with good bone. Well made in front. He falls off a little too much in the croup which detracts from his topline. Carries himself well. Can strengthen in the hocks to make his rear movement more purposeful.
Limit Dog (2, 0)
1. Healey’s Philoma Rafael 3 years an elegant dog who is a touch long for balance and can develop a little more in rib and chest. Moved with a good stride. Quality head and eye. Carried a good topline. Coat texture could be harder.
2. Newsham’s Adacolm Scottish Celts 3 years strong masculine dog who was not in his best coat today or on his best behaviour giving his handler a hard time on the move. Strongly boned. Masculine all through. It was difficult to assess him on the move today.
Special Open Pepper & Salt Dog (1, 0)
1. Evan’s Zulu Vom Schloss Ehrenberg mit Mountshlemish (Imp DEU) 2 year , he is certainly a giant in stature all male but without coarseness. Clean head which needs a little more stop and his eye can be darker. Good coat texture. Big ribcage. Good stride. Can be a little firmer in topline
Open Dog (2, 0)
1. Cullen’s Sir Constantine de Barbara Negra at Philoma (Imp FCA) 15 month who has done well under me as a puppy. He looked well today and scored in rib, chest and front movement. I’d prefer a little more size for a male and he still looks the teenager he is Full maturity will enhance him. Full of quality. DCC on topline and movement today
2. Descere’s Stablemaster’s Twist 2 year who scores in balance and in his head and length of muzzle. He needs time to develop in ribcage and chest and this showed in his front movement. I’d prefer a little more coat on him which didn’t help him. He has potential to do better in the future.
Champion Dog (2, 0)
1. Galbraith’s Ch Gloris Glorious with Fostergiants (Imp RUS) 6 year of excellent breed type. Carrying too much body on the day which detracted from his outline and movement but I liked his balance and good chest and ribbing .He has an excellent head.He was a handful for his handler today but he has good stride but his extra weight was evident in his topline and front action, a pity as I preferred his substance over the junior dog .It was not an easy decision and I am sure he will have better days when he is back to firm condition and outline. Reserve CC today
2. Cullen’s Ch Philoma One Night Only 4 year more elegant dog who is a little long for balance and not the substance or coat of the winner. Good movement. Good forechest. I’d prefer more rib and shorter couplings.
Minor Puppy Bitch (2, 0)
1. Velhino & Donley’s Echodream Sunlight 8 months of lovely balance and proportions. Good movement and holds her outline well. Needs more coat on her. Beautiful head and expression Beautifully square .Not as mature in chest as the older bitch puppy in the challenge.
2. Lowood-Price’s Adreana Forever Golden almost 9 months another of excellent type and quality. Feminine in head. Good ribcage. Carries a good topline. She needs to firm up in her quarters and hind action which decided this placing.
Puppy Bitch (1, 0)
1. George & Reeve’s Adreana Tribute to Dasval almost 9 months lovely type square, and with excellent rib, coat and forechest. Feminine head of good length. Lovely quality throughout. BPB
Junior Bitch (4, 0) 2 future champions here.
1. Evan’s Ziska vom Weseler Wald (Imp DEU) 14 months square, beautifully ribbed and with excellent coat, topline and tailset. Good on the move. Her head is well balanced but her ears can be neater. Good strength to muzzle. She could have just a touch more rear angulation but she moved with good drive from the hocks. In super coat and very worthy of RBCC
2. Parker’s Draxpark Celebrity Chase 12 months bigger bitch with lovely conformation, forechest and movement. Excellent shoulder. Good coat. Feminine head of good length and good eyes. and excellent on the move. I just preferred strength of foreface and firmness of topline of the winner but I was splitting hairs here..Being a taller bitch she did not look as finished as the winner but should be special as she matures.
3. Veal’s Philoma Encanto
Novice Bitch (2, 1)
1. Kirby’s Adreana’s Milagro 18-month square with good substance but needs a touch more leg for balance. Strong head which could be more feminine. Good rear movement. A little wide in front.
Post Graduate Bitch (4, 1)
1. Parker’s Draxpark Crown Jewel 15-month beautiful bitch with excellent substance and retains femininity. Excellent outline with clean neck into shoulder. Very good chest and ribcage, short coupled, super qualities. Show in excellent coat. Top quality. Went well, great stride. Balance feminine head. .I see she is a daughter of my bitch CC winner from the last time I judged and she has the same excellent type and quality.Well named I feel!! CC and Best in show
2. Staple’s Riesenheim Over the Moon for Ruffhaus 15-month elegant bitch with lovely head and neck and excellent coat. Not as mature in chest as the winner or as good in tailset but she is full of type and quality.
3. Plett-Graef’s Pink for Primavista (Imp ESP)
Limit Bitch (4, 3)
1. Foster’s Eskaidee Fleurtini 2 years of good size and proportions with good flow of neck into shoulder. Good forechest. In good coat and has a good tailset. Maximum rear angulation which makes her a little close going away. Good head type. Eye could be a shade darker.
Open Bitch (3, 0)
1. Velhino & Donley’s Echodream Cleopatra 5 year who scored in body, chest and forehand assembly. She has a good head and eye. Very good movement but not very enthusiastic and lacking some style and carriage which held her back in the challenge.
2. Parker’s Ch Draxpark Girl Power 2-year tall bitch with superb coat and good head and expression. She is a little upright in front and not yet mature in chest. Good stride. I preferred angulation of winner. Very good carriage but the winner is more mature and balanced on the day.
3. Clay’s Philoma Lucia
Champion Bitch (1, 0)
1. Veal’s Ch Philoma American In Paris 5-year bitch of square build and good substance and she moves very well. Very good head and dark eyes. Could have more forechest for her age. Good topline and carriage. Furnishings could be harder.
